I had an unknown leak in my kitchen that caused severe damage to the floor. I called Roto Rooter who was here less than 3 minutes and tried to charge me $250 for a "pressure test" instead of the free estimate that I requested. I called Mr. Eric at Phillip's plumbing instead. He came out the same day that I called, diagnosed the problem, and started the work!!!!!! I will NEVER us anyone other than Phillip's Plumbing from now on!!!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!! He was fast, friendly, affordable, and very thorough with his work!

We were very fortunate to find Eric at Phillips Plumbing! Roto Rooter tried to scam us saying it’s 2 main lines and the fix is $16k. Eric was significantly less than half and he is a professional and very up front a truthful with his work. I was out of state and he kept me informed at every step with no surprises even fixing the issue that Roto Rooter missed-stated. I highly recommend for all plumbing issues going forward and he will be our family’s plumber!

Eric was in high spirits when he came in on the job this morning. He replaced two valves on my hot water heater that fixed the leak I was having outside, which should let the grass dry over time next to my AC unit. No more marshland to deal with! Satisfied with the time the problem was identified and fixed.

Counting my blessings: My toilet water was running quite badly. It was clear even to me that the old float wasn't shutting off the water between uses. However, the water shut off valve to the toilet wasn't working either, so this wasn't a home repair. My plumber came out the next morning (today), and fixed both problems. Mr. Phillips showed up right at the time he said, quickly assessed the problem, and repaired it on the spot (he had me send photos so he would be sure to bring the right parts). We had to dig up the water meter which had been buried, so he could shut it off (and back on) for me. All done and taken care of. Woo hoo! Highly recommended!

I had not been able to use my dishwasher for years before Eric can and fixed the piping under my sink. The water would pool at the bottoms of my dishwasher so I just thought the dishwasher didn't. When my garbage disposal broke, I finally caved and had a professional come out. Eric explained exactly what was going on between my garbage disposal, my clogged sink, and my flooded dishwasher.

Within one business day, everything was fixed and I've been using my garbage disposal and dishwasher without a hitch.
